Peru! Some of the Great Delights of Peru
There seems to be over 100 varieties of potatoes grown in Peru, so we will have a special potato recipe along with lots of other traditional foods from fish and seafood to chicken and more. Satire, Swing, and Short Skirts! And Food and Wine TOO!!
A special Saturday or Sunday night Cooking Club session here featuring our local friend and actor Howard Burnham! Come and watch him do a wonderful survey of Swinging London of the Sixties and of course some Beatlemania as well! Howard will offer a roller coaster ride through the swinging London and the arrival of the Fab Four in New York City. And then I will present a nice selection of foods and wines from the era and lots more!!! Arrival time is anytime after 5:00 pm as he will start his show at 5:30 and then I will follow up with the foods! Don't miss this great event! Come, I Wanna Hold Your Pan!!!

Goulasch and Noodles
