Mole and More from Mexico!
Mole means "concoction" and this sauce is a wonderful rich, dark brown spicy sauce this is served with meats and poultry along with a special Mexican bread. Also Spanish Rice, Mexican Salad and a Cherry Dessert in honor of George Washington! Wine pairings included.

A food and wine celebration of Shakespeare through four centuries for his 453rd birthday! Local actor Howard Burnham will take us on a humerous survey of "Bardolatory" across 400 years. Then Dorothy will cook and present with some of Bard's favorite dishes and with some wines such as canary, associated with him. Appetizers, main dish, salad, side dishes, dessert and 4 wine pairings included! (Canary is also known as a sweet Madeira and will go with a great dessert!)
