Flour Tortilla Trick
flour tortillas
olive oil
salsa, cheese, whatever
Place a flour tortilla on a microwave safe plate, such as a bacon-roasting rack or a Pyrex dish, etc. Brush with just a little olive oil. Microwave on high 2-3 minutes, or until the tortilla shell is crispy and just beginning to brown. Fill with salsa, cheese, whatever.
