Tossed Salad with Fruit Vinegar Dressing

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at Use any fruit flavored vinegar and any fresh fruit that is in season. Apple cider vinegar is also wonderful!

a mixture of fresh tender salad greens
2-3 green onions, snipped
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
3 - 4 tablespoons raspberry vinegar (or other flavored vinegars)
1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 teaspoon sugar or honey or maple syrup
1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts
1/2 cup fresh raspberries, blueberries, etc....

Wash and spin dry the salad greens and put them in a beautiful bowl along with the green onions. Refrigerate if needed. In a glass measuring cup, whisk together the oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and sugar or syrup. Sprinkle the walnuts and raspberries over the greens, drizzle on the dressing, toss and serve immediately.
