Tossed Salad with Fruit Vinegar Dressing
From Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com. Use any fruit flavored vinegar and any fresh fruit that is in season. Apple cider vinegar is also wonderful!
a mixture of fresh tender salad greens
Wash and spin dry the salad greens and put them in a beautiful bowl along with the green onions. Refrigerate if needed. In a glass measuring cup, whisk together the oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and sugar or syrup. Sprinkle the walnuts and raspberries over the greens, drizzle on the dressing, toss and serve immediately.
