Lavender Scones with Berries

Prepare the scones, adding 2-3 teaspoons fresh lavender. Shape and bake in a circle on a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet at a preheated oven to 400 degrees for about 25 minutes, or until nicely browned. Allow to cool. Spread with a little lemon curd, and then follow with the raspberry preserves, swirling as you go to make a marbled effect. Arrange the berries on top. Garnish with cream, if desired. Cut and serve.
