Pasta Toss with Chicken

one pound cooked and drained pasta of interesting shape
4 pre-cooked chicken breasts
1 pkg. Just Tomatoes
extra-virgin olive oil
3 cloves garlic, sliced
3 tablespoons grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
1/2 cup toasted pine nuts

Cook and drain pasta and place in beautiful serving bowl covered with Stretch-Tite to keep warm. Saute tomatoes and sliced garlic in extra-virgin olive oil until tomatoes are soft and garlic is a golden brown. Toast the pine nuts in a glass measuring cup with one teaspoon butter until golden brown. Coarsely dice the chicken. Toss all ingredients with the pasta. Enjoy!!
