Fluffy Rice

4 cups long grain rice
8 cups water
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon salt

Boil water in medium sauce pan. Ad rice,salt, and butter. Cook until it comes to a boil. Stir once. Lower fire as much as possible. Cover rice and cook 20 minutes. DO NOT LIFT COVER! Remove from heat and allow to stand 5 minutes before lifting covr.
