Baby Vegetables Sauteed

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at Use a few baby potatoes, some little onions, little zucchini or other squash and then serve with steak and sauce or gravy.

Assorted "baby" vegetables, washed & scrubbed
butter or extra-virgin olive oil

Cut and slice vegetables as desired. In a good heavy bottomed saute pan, heat oil or butter for 30 seconds, and then add vegetables. Cook gently and stir often until "crisp-tender". Serve as is and enjoy the melody of flavors!
