1/2 cup milk
In food processor or blender, combine all ingredients except for granola and blend thoroughly. Of course, you can always add 1 teaspoon spirulina powder for nutritional value and energy, but the color will be green instead of pink. Pour into glasses and top with 1 tablespoon granola. Garnish with mint leaf, if desired.
