Strawberries with Chantilly Cream

1 cup whipping cream
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon real vanilla extract or vanilla paste
1-2 cups fresh strawberries, diced
dark chocolate broken into random bite sized pieces

Whip the chilled cream until stiff. Carefully beat in the powdered sugar and vanilla. Fold in the berries and pile into beautiful stemmed glasses. Chill. To serve, place chocolate chunks on saucer or sprinkle on top. This is also a good filling for cakes.
