Irish Cream

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com. This is a "must be shared with friends" recipe.

1 cup Irish whiskey
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup half and half
2 tablespoons real vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste
4 tablespoons unsweetened powdered chocolate
1/2 cup unsweetened organic coconut milk
1 tablespoon powdered instant espresso coffee

Put all in blender and blend well. Or, put all in a glass batter bowl and whisk well to blend in the chocolate completely. Pour into a carafe and store in refrigerator. Makes about 1 quart. Will keep about 2 weeks. (Ha!)
