Breakfast Cocoa with Frothed Milk

1/2 cup water
4-6 tablespoons instant cocoa mix
3/4 cup milk
nutmeg for top

In microwave safe cup combine water and cocoa mix on high 1 minute. Set aside. Pour milk into frother and microwave 30 seconds. Froth until desired consistency. Using spoon, strain milk into the cocoa, and then spoon the froth over the top. Sprinkle with ground nutmeg.
