Broiled Salmon

From Dorothy McNett's Recipe Book at

1 center filet of fresh salmon, or several steaks
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon good quality dry mustard
pinch of fine sea salt
freshly ground white pepper

Place fish in a pan suitable for broiling and serving as well. Combine remaining ingredients and spread over salmon pieces. Broil about 5 minutes, or until fish flakes easily. Garnish with snipped chives or green onions and lemon.
