Vinegar Ginger Dip

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at

1 tablespoon sherry wine vinegar or sake
2-3 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon raw sugar
3-4 tablespoons fresh ginger root, peeled and shredded

Combine 30 minutes before serving. This is just a great sauce to have to serve with greens, salads, prawns, chicken strips, cheeses, crackers, whatever! Put it into a beautiful bowl or cup and let people dip or drizzle. It is especially wonderful with dried seaweed crackers and cooked baby shrimp.
