Dim Sum Sauces

2 teaspoons dry mustard
2 teaspoons cold water
2 - 3 tablespoons any Chili Paste or Curry Paste, etc.
Combine mustard and water and place in a small bowll. Put chili paste or curry paste in another bowl and serve with assorted dim sum, etc.
