Snipped fresh sage is great with cheddar, snipped chives and their flowers are wondeful when presenting Cotswald, and fresh edible rose petals make a great garnish for a good ripe brie. Provide French bread and a cheese knife for each person. Tear, spread, and eat. Oh, don't forget the wine. Allow about 30-45 minutes for this course, with plenty of great conversation.
