Zucchini Sandwiches

1-2 medium zucchini, unpeeled and sliced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
toothpicks
herb leaves or edible flowers
Slice zucchini evenly. Combine mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, and cayenne. Using the slices of zucchini instead of bread, assemble the sandwiches, securing with toothpicks and garnishing with leaves or flowers.
