Pasta with Mozzarella Tomatoes and Basil

1 pound Italian pasta, shells or tubes

1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
3-4 red ripe tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup fresh mozzarella cheese, diced
1/2 cup or so fresh basil leaves, minced
sea salt
freshly ground white pepper or hot red chili flakes, as desired

Cook pasta and drain. Pour into beautiful bowl or platter. Toss with olive oil. Add remaining ingredients and serve.
