Grilled Fresh Mushrooms

large mushrooms, such as portobello or others
olive oil
balsamic vinegar
coarse sea salt, pepper to taste, snipped fresh or dried herbs

Either leave mushrooms whole or slice into serving pieces. Brush with the mixture of ingredients or use a bottled mix as desired. Heat a rippled grill pan over medium heat, adding a drizzle of olive oil. Place the mushrooms on the hot pan and cook about 1 minute on each side, depending on mushrooms and the heat. They should brown on both sides.
