Pepper Salsa

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at Very open-ended recipe, add whatever peppers you wish!

1-2 or even more roasted peppers, any variety
sliced green onion
1-2 tablespoons finely chopped white onion
fresh or dried cilantro, to taste
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
juice of half lemon or so
perhaps a little sugar, if needed, to balance
ground pepper, or maybe not if the salsa is hot already

Combine all ingredients, taste, correct seasonings, and serve. Great with avocado.
