To Cook Pasta
Using a large, at least 6 quart pasta cooker with a lid, fill about 2/3 full of water. Bring to a boil.When water is rapidly boiling, add 1 tablespoon salt and 1 teaspoon oil. Bring back to the boil. Add pasta in the pasta basket. Bring back to a boil and then start timing it,using the time suggested on the package. Set a timer so you won't forget! When done, simple rasie the basket out of the water to drain the pasta and dump it into a beautiful pasta bowl. Pour on the sauce and serve.
