Asparagus with Parmigiano

6-8 medium asparagus spears, more or less
Wash and prepare asparagus spears by snapping off the dry ends, leaving the spears whole. Arrange them in glass or ceramic loaf or au gratin dish. Cover with waxed paper or a couple of lettuce leaves, etc. Cook in microwave for about 3 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients to coat evenly.
