If the stems have been removed, just simply use a spoon to roll the cherries in the chocolate. fresh cherries, pitted but with stems intact Wash, pit, and dry the cherries carefully with paper towels. Twist or roll up one mint leaf and tuck into the center of each cherry. Melt the chocolate in a glass measuring cup in microwave, using 1 minute per pound of chocolate as a guide.
