Scrambled Eggs

2-3 fresh eggs
1 teaspoon water
salt and pepper
1/2 teaspoon olive oil or butter

In small bowl, whisk together the eggs, water, salt and pepper. Heat a 7-8 inch frying pan over medium heat, adding the butter or oil. Add the egg mixture, and using a silicone spatula or spoon, gently mix the eggs until set to your liking. Do not use high heat...eggs will get very tough and the taste will also be ruined.
