Fregola Pasta Beanies

From Dorothy McNett's Recipe Book at

1 package Fregola from Sardenia
water for cooking pasta
olive oil and salt for the water
extra-virgin olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Herbes de Provence or other favorite herbs
1/2 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano

Bring water to boil, add salt and oil. When water returns to boil, add the fregola and cook 8-10 minutes. Drain and put into a beautiful bowl. Add salt, pepper, herbs, and cheese to your taste. Serve.
