Vegetables with Hummus

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at

lettuce leaves, sliced tomatoes, radishes, celery sticks, endive, zucchini slivers, baby potatoes...
1 can garbanzo beans, drained slightly
1/4 cup tahini
1/2 teaspoon cumin
3-4 cloves garlic
zest and juice of 1 lemon
1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
1-2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
cilantro leaves, for serving garnish

Arrange an assortment of fresh, raw vegetables on a platter. In food processor with steel chopping blade whirl beans, tahini, cumin, garlic, lemon juice & zest, salt. Blend thoroughly, adding olive oil.
