Whipped Chocolate Cream Icing

2 cups whipping cream
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 to 3/4 cup cocoa powder
pinch of fine sea salt
Chill bowl and beaters. Whip cream until light and fluffy, gradually beating in powdered sugar, cocoa, and salt.
