Creamy Well Seasoned Bananas

1 tablespoon unsalted butter
In heavy bottomed skillet or saute pan, heat oil and saute garlic slivers until they begin to turn brown, but not burned. Stir in ice cream and continue to stir until it has melted. Cook and stir several minutes until it has reduced and is taking on a carmelized color, but do not let it boil. Cool slightly. In meantime, slice fruits. Pour the warm sauce onto beautiful serving plates and arrange fruit slices on top. Garnish and serve.
