Pan Tomatoes

3-4 firm ripe tomatoes
1 teaspoon butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons sugar
1 tablespoon parsley, minced
1 tablespoon vinegar
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 to 1 teaspoon sea salt

Slice tomatoes in half. Heat butter in skillet and place tomatoes cut side down. Saute until golden brown. Turn over, add seasonings, cover and simmer 15 minutes. Serve with zucchini, chicken, fish, meat, pasta...
