Zucchini

2-3 medium zucchini
sauce of your choice (garlic marinade, soy sauce, olive oil, salad dressing, pasta sauce...)
Cut zucchini into slices, slivers, julienne, or chunks...your choice! Place in microwave safe dish. Cover. Microwave on high, using 5 minutes per pound of vegetable as your guide. Five minutes usually works for 2-3 zucchini. Drizzle with sauce. Serve!
