Fresh Fruit Sauces
Add a little powdered sugar to fresh berries or other fruit. Allow to stand a few minutes. Arrange over ice cream and serve. Or, mash the fruit and force it through a sieve or food mill to strain. Add more sugar, as needed. Chill and serve over ice cream or sherbet at serving time.
