Thai Black Rice

From Dorothy McNett's Recipe book at

1 cup black rice
2 cups water
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt

Combine ingredients in batter bowl. Cover with a plate. Microwave on high 5 minutes, then on half power for 15 minutes, or until all liquid has been absorbed. Allow to stand 5 minutes. Serve with vegetable stir fry.
