1/2 cup catsup
In pan, combine catsup, water, and paprika and heat thoroughly. Add beef, onion, mustard, flour, salt and pepper. Stir well. Cook gently for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve in hamburger buns with condiments. This recipe doubles, triples, and so on until you can feed everyone.
