Stir Fry and Dipping Sauce

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com. A delicious sauce served along with any stir-fry and rice. Also, a great appetizer sauce to serve with fresh raw vegetables such as carrot strips, etc.

1/2 medium onion, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1/4 cup sesame oil
1/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
2 teaspoons ground ginger
1 tablespoon crystalline brown sugar

water as needed to thin

In blender or food processor combine all ingredients. Process until smooth. (Nuts in peanut butter will appear like sesame seeds which is ok.) Thin with water as needed for use.
