Cauliflower with Cheese Sauce
1 head cauliflower
Wash and trim the cauliflower, leaving it as a whole head. Place in batter bowl or any other microwave safe bowl it will fit into easily, stem side up. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon water. Cover. Microwave on high, using 5 minutes per pound as a good guide for timing. In meantime, in a batter bowl combine butter or oil, flour, salt, pepper, and mustard. Microwave on high 30 seconds.
