Great for holiday entertaining! 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened or melted (or use extra virgin olive oil) Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper. Combine all ingredients except crackers or toast rounds and mix well. Add a little clam juice if mixture seems too dry to spread on the toast rounds.
