Hot Peanuts

1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon chile powder, or Zip, or Cayenne
2-3 cups peanuts
1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder
coarse or fine sea salt, as desired
In batter bowl, combine all ingredients. Microwave on high 1 minute. Stir. Microwave another 1 minute, and stir. Continue another 1-2 minutes, or until peanuts are just beginning to toast. Allow to cool, and serve.
