Greens and Citrus Salad
From Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com. A wonderful holiday salad, and it can be tossed and served immediately or it also refrigerates nicely for several hours before serving.
deep green salad leaves (spinach or leaf lettuce, kale, etc)
Wash and dry the greens and put into a large beautiful salad bowl. In glass measuring cup, whisk together the oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, lime zest, and orange zest. Peel oranges and grapefruit and slice into thin, juicy slices and add to the salad bowl along with the pine nuts and diced feta. Toss the dressing over everything and serve.
