Red Pepper Tidbits

From Dorothy McNett's Recipe Book at

flour tortillas
softened brie cheese or cream cheese
red bell pepper relish

Spread each flour tortilla with cheese very thinly. Then spread with relish, also thin layer. Roll up tightly and allow to stand at least 10 minutes, covered. With a serrated knife, slice into desired sized slices. Arrange on tea platter and serve with coffee or tea.
