Hot Cocoa

From Dorothy McNett's Recipe book at 6 servings

1/4 cup powdered cocoa (not a prepared mix)
1/2 cup sugar
pinch of fine sea salt
1/3 cup hot water
4 cups milk
1 teaspoon real vanilla extract

In saucepan, combine cocoa, sugar, and sea salt. Whisk in hot water. Bring to boil, and cook gently for 2 minutes. Add milk and heat. Add vanilla and beat well, or use the frother. Serve with little marshamllows, if desired.
