Gnoccherelli with GarlicFrom Dorothy McNett's Recipe Book at www.dorothymcnett.com. 1 package (17.5 oz.) ready made gnoccherelli First cook the potato dumplings in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes, or until they float to the top. Drain. Heat oil in skillet and saute the garlic slices several minutes. Add gnoccherelli and cook a few minutes to brown slightly. Sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve.
