Gnoccherelli with Garlic

1 package (17.5 oz.) ready made gnoccherelli
boiling salted water
2 tablespoons olive oil
2-3 cloves garlic, slivered
snipped fresh parsley or sage

First cook the potato dumplings in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes, or until they float to the top. Drain. Heat oil in skillet and saute the garlic slices several minutes. Add gnoccherelli and cook a few minutes to brown slightly. Sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve.
