Red Salsa Traditional

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at

3 red ripe tomatoes, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
2 - 3 serrano chiles, chopped
1 teaspoon sea salt
zest of 1 lime
1 tablespoon lime juice
3-4 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
1 avocado, sliced or chopped

chips and also jicama slices, other vegetables

Combine, taste, and serve. Green onions are great, too. Serve with jicama slices as well as with chips.
