Fresh Green Beans as a Finger Food

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at

very high quality fresh green beans
extra virgin olive oil
coarse sea salt

Wash and tidy up the beans by snipping off the stem ends. Heat 1 tablespoon water in large skillet, place beans, cover, and cook 1-2 minutes. Cool. Toss with olive oil and sea salt and serve.
