Tuna Salad with Sesame Dressing ala GladiolusFrom Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com. Easy enough to add more ingredients if feeding more than 2-3 people! Use a can of best quality tuna, or simply grill up a fresh tuna steak and add it to this mix. IF you can get organically grown fresh gladiolus, snip a few of the blossoms into this mix. And then use the remaining flowers as serving containers for the salad. Simply fill the flowers and arrange! 2 tablespoons soy sauce In glass measuring cup, whisk together soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, and sugar. Taste and correct seasonings. In a beautiful bowl, combine all ingredients and toss with dressing. Garnish and serve. Recipe created 2000-07-25. © 1996-2013 Dorothy McNett. All Rights Reserved. |
