Tortilla Chips

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at Serve these with salads, souffles, soups, and on your appetizer table for buffet parties. Make more than you think you will need....everyone loves these.

2-3 tablespoons olive oil
3-4 flour tortillas
salt, spices, peppers as desired

In heavy bottomed skillet, heat the oil and then tear the tortillas into pieces or strips. Saute in the oil, turning as necessary, to brown lightly on both sides of each "chip". Sprinkle with seasonings and salt as you work. Drain on paper towels. Serve.
