Thanksgiving Avocado Crunchies

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at This is a fun and unusual appetizer that everyone loves. Great served with champagne or other sparkly wines before the Thanksgiving turkey dinner.

1-2 firm but ripe avocados
lemon or lime juice
good quality mayonnaise or creamy French / Italian style dressing
crushed potato chips
large radishes, sliced
greens for the platter

Peel and cut avocado into chunks. Sprinkle with lemon or lime juice. Coat with dressing. Roll in potato chips to coat. Spear with a toothpick and arrange on serving plate with sliced radishes and greens. If the radish slices are large enough, serve the avocado chunks on top of them.
