Thanksgiving Avocado Crunchies
From Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com. This is a fun and unusual appetizer that everyone loves. Great served with champagne or other sparkly wines before the Thanksgiving turkey dinner.
1-2 firm but ripe avocados
Peel and cut avocado into chunks. Sprinkle with lemon or lime juice. Coat with dressing. Roll in potato chips to coat. Spear with a toothpick and arrange on serving plate with sliced radishes and greens. If the radish slices are large enough, serve the avocado chunks on top of them.
