Bring back to boil, cook fresh pasta up to 3 minutes, and for packaged pasta, follow the timing suggested on the package. When done, drain and place pasta in beautiful bowl. Season simply with extra-virgin olive oil, herbs, cheese, and parsley. Any diced leftovers of meat, salmon, tuna, olives, vegetables, tofu can be added. And don't forget Meatballs with Tomato Sauce!
