From Dorothy McNett's Recipe Book at Little pancakes for use with a Plett pan.

2 eggs
2 cups milk
3 teaspoons sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon fine sea salt

Beat eggs and add remaining ingredients. Heat plett pan slowly and brush with melted butter. Stir batter well. Pour just enough batter into each depression to make a thin pancake. Brown on bottom side only. When browned and top is set, remove to serving platter. Serve with sour cream and caviar, or jam and butter.
