Easter Drops

1 pound Guittard's White Satin coating chocolate
1 cup or so of jelly beans
cereal and nuts, as desired

Melt chocolate in a perfectly dry batter bowl on high for 1 minute. Stir. Microwave another 20-30 seconds to finish melting. Stir in desired "stuff". Drop by teaspoons onto waxed paper lined sheet. Refrigerate 20-30 minutes to harden.
