Grilled Mushrooms with Gorgonzola

2 whole fresh Portabello mushrooms
gorgonzola cheese
coarse sea salt
extra virgin olive oil
roasted red bell mousse or tapenade

Heat grill pan. Brush olive oil on mushrooms - both sides. Sprinkle mushrooms with coarse sea salt. Grill mushrooms rib side down first. Turn mushroom over and spread with red bell pepper mousse and crumble a small amount of gorgonzola into cap. Grill mushroom until cheese begins to melt. Serve as a main vegetarian dish or cut up and serve as a delicious appetizer.
