Grill Blend

From Dorothy McNett's Recipe Book at Sprinkle this over beef, pork, chicken, vegetables and fish for a flavorful seasoning.

4 tablespoons coarse sea salt
3 tablespoons chile powder blend
2 tablespoons dried granulated garlic
2 tablespoons crystalline brown sugar
2 tablespoons ground cumin
2 tablespoons coarsely ground black pepper
1 tablespoon ground thyme

In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients, blending well to evenly distribute the spices and break up any chunks. Store at room temperature in an airtight container, and don't forget to shake or stir before each use. Keeps for up to three months.
